I purchased this battery in January 2019 at full retail price, and unfortunately it stopped working (will not charge any devices over USB-C) six months later. I used it perhaps 4 times in six months. I tried to make a warranty claim with Anker, and found that PIP Gaming is not an Anker Authorized reseller, and they will not honor the 18 month warranty. I honestly had no idea that I could buy this at the full retail price and not have a manufacturer warranty. PIP Gaming has offered to allow me to send the battery back to them at my own expense and they will see if they can negotiate with Anker and...maybe get a replacement maybe? As they are not an authorized reseller that sounds like a waste of time.
Lesson learned. Don't buy devices from Amazon resellers unless you first verify if they are an authorized reseller or you are willing to take the risk of no warranty (other than the 30 day return policy). For what it's worth, the customer service from PIP Gaming is fine, but selling new products at the full retail price without any warranty is not.

I bought this to use with my Switch when traveling. I have not had the opportunity to use it for that purpose yet. However, I needed a temporary power supply for my fiber optic tree since the cord to the tree was to short to run to the wall outlet. So far I've had the tree plugged in for 12 hours and only used about 10% of the battery life. I liked this so well that I decided to run the tree off the power bank permanently rather than plug it into the wall. I placed the tree in a decorative basket and hid the power bank inside. To sum up, this power bank can be used for multiple devices. I'm very pleased with it.

Anker Powercore Nintendo Switch licensed Battery

I pre-ordered this directly from Ankers site. I saw an article about this last week and the article as well as Ankers site lead me to believe this battery wouldn’t come out until July 10th or later, I got this battery 4 days after ordering it. I only got a Nintendo Switch about a month ago, I love it and play it all the time and wanted something to extend the battery life. This is an affordable way to do that ($60, comes with a cable and a nice drawstring back to store the battery in) and I like the presentation and the nice Nintendo Switch logo printed on the battery. Took about 3 hours to fully charge, there’s a clock style led on the back to indicate when it’s a quarter, half, ¾’s or 100% full. The battery has a nice weight to it, looks and feels nice, if you have a Nintendo Switch and want a Nintendo licensed battery, this is the one to get (though Anker does offer a bigger battery). This battery will get you an extra 10 hours of gameplay, for $80 you can get a bigger Anker Nintendo Switch battery that will extend your play to 15 hours. Whichever battery you get it’s going to dramatically extend your undocked play time. This comes FULLY APPROVED.
