Laptop when powered on, went into a endless beeping loop (4 beeps) - may indicate bad memory RAM. Had to return the unit. Will try to get a replacement.

After working with a tech from the supplier company SJ COMPUTERS LLC, I was going to get a replacement. He recommended trying a couple more things to see if it would fix the problem. The one that worked was to remove the RAM, clean it and then reinstall. That fix the problem and the laptop now runs great. It's a great laptop for the price.

this laptop is Ol' Reliable. While it doesn't have enough memory to even system update it or factory reset it, its a good reliable laptop i love to use while laying on my bed. It's very portable and light doesn't heat up. I played Runescape on it for about 5 or 6 months before upgrading to a better laptop, but i still use this one in bed all the time. Charger broke after like 3 or 4 months needed a replacement. I constantly get Update prompts and pop ups that the disc drive is low but there's nothing i can do about that. It's advertised as 32gbs but for some reason i only get about 300mbs... it shows there's 32 capable but everywhere i look there's nowhere it could be used up at. Literally nothings Downloaded or Installed, i even asked many friends about this and showed them screenshots they are so confused as well.. BUT for 120$ its really nice but slow. can't really run much more than 1 application at a time. EX. the internet

I bought this laptop with the expectation that it would pretty much just be for web browsing or taking notes if I didn't want to bring my heavier, nicer laptop somewhere. However, the combination of poor hardware and a resource heavy operating system means this laptop is virtually unusable. Fresh startup with no programs running and the CPU usage is 100%, even an hour after startup. Task manager uses 20%. Windows 10 can't update because the hard drive is not big enough. Chrome barely opens and is so slow as to be unusable when it does. I wouldn't take it again if offered for free, it's just not worth the time (15-30s) to wait for a folder to open, opening a photo takes even longer...
