Bought this to work from home more efficiently and give the kids a better online experience for doing schoolwork (besides just using my laptop). Unboxing and setup was super easy, everything I needed was included (even the wifi adapter) and, at the most, it took about 30 minutes to get everything set up and connected online (not a tech-savvy person lol). I just got it today but it has already exceeded my expectations and runs like new! I chose this over other bundles because I wanted the larger monitor size and it did not disappoint! Very reasonable price, even better quality. Not to mention it arrived 4 days earlier than expected! This might be one of the best purchases I've made from Amazon. I'm pleasantly surprised and very pleased! Definitely worth the risk!

Update: I ended up returning this product for a refund after going back and forth with Blair Tech to fix an issue with a "no signal" error message I kept getting. I was able to use the computer for 2 -3 weeks before the product stopped working. The company was responsive, but you certainly get what you pay for. Find another company to purchase a bundle from. Would have been really amazing if this had worked like it did when I received it!

Plenty of little problems

Got this one for my 11-years old. First, you need to have your own mouse and key board - the ones provided are junk. I had read previous reviews and was prepared. Then, the package had an HDMI cable for connecting the screen to the box ... but the box doesn't support HDMI. Good thing I had a spare VGA cable. Then, after a few days the wireless adapter decided to quit - now need to get an external one. Other than that, it is slower than I expected while it is still super clean (very few new programs installed, hardly any files were saved). I'm keeping it for now.

Absolute robbery!! Package ONLY contained the optiplex3020 mini tower only containing in it: the motherboard with processor installed and the PSU! When advertised as a out-of-the-box ready to run type of solution including: new install of Windows10 pro, 500GB HDD, 8GB RAM all installed. Plus a 24” LED display with keyboard, mouse, and wifi adapter included free.... Well not only was the HDD missing, so was the RAM! And I never even saw the other I/O devices.......they refuse to hear my complaint and just stick to pushing me off from person to person getting nowhere! Buyer beware! Steer clear of these crooks!

I ordered this computer for an employee of mine and when it was set up we noticed that the computer had a bit of a lag. Over the course of a few days the computer got even slower to the point where my employee could not work on the computer. It was so slow and kept dragging on with every task. Even typing a letter took a long time to register to the computer. After about a week the computer seems completely unusable.
