I purchased this battery in March 2019. On November 9, 2019, my car would not start as if the battery was dead. I tested the voltage and it showed ~10.4V (not good). I placed the battery on my AGM charger and charged it back up to capacity. I re-installed, but the car would still not start. I checked the voltage and the battery's voltage had dropped to ~12.3V in just two quick start attempts. I took the battery to Advance Auto where they tested it and I was informed the battery had a bad cell and would need to be replaced. I bought a new battery, installed, and the car started right up. I also had the alternator tested to make sure that was not the reason for the battery going bad, but it was working just fine.
This battery was made in 2/19 (sticker on battery), that is less then 8 months of use before going bad. Not very pleased with this product at all and would not recommend. I guess I need to find out how to do a warranty claim and put the 3-year warranty to the test.
I phoned the help line several times and was routed to the Walmart Voucher department. I don't need a Walmart Voucher.
I checked the battery performance on the bench and it appears to be about 80% charged with good reserve while putting out about 70 amps. I think I will be happy with this battery but I cannot install it without a replacement spacer.
So Delphi, would you please send me a replacement spacer or at least a 3/4 in stack of Walmart Vouchers?

Even Johnson Controls cheap batteries last more than 3 months, this thing is trash.
