There are no instructions, but the connection isn't too complicated. For the female end, remove the red rubber stopper, push both wires through the holes, then push the wires through the female housing. Crimp the connectors and pull them back into the housing (so they snap in from the front). Then push the rubber stopper down the wires into the connector housing. For the male end, thread the two wires through the black rubber stopper, crimp the male connectors onto the wires, then flip it over so the open part of the crimp connector is facing up. Lay the gray wire spacer on top of the two wires so the neck is just below the crimp connector. Push the whole 3 pronged apparatus into the male housing until you hear the click. Finally push the black rubber stopper into the back of the male housing.
They appear very sturdy and after testing, I had no issues with current limitations. Very happy with the purchase.
