Nylon matching carrying case roomy, with outside velcro pocket for storage, such as for a pulse ox meter, such as CMS 50-DL. Get the matching S-R stethoscope with it (4$ discount at the moment), fits in bag with room to spare. Includes spare diaphragms and ear pieces in separate holder. Has a do-not-abuse lifetime limited warranty on gauge. Getting several more for travel and medical kits in our cars.
