Way more experimental and creative than 99% of rap out there. Weird as ever, Kool Keith flows hallucinatory, off-beat and on-beat with veteran skill and precision. Idk why people expect more of the same from KK, or expect him to work with certain producers, but being experimental is what makes him so exceptional and refreshing. This album has an extra-polished feel, I'm really feeling the beats and production/mixing, and I appreciate the variety of vibes.

Kool has THE most original style of rapping, and his lyrics on this album are refined, inspiring, playful, and clever. The lyrics feel totally ingrained, incorporated, and written INTO every beat, instead of just 100% prewritten and rapped over a random beat.

The only thing that bothers me about this album (and most hip hop albums) are the guest rappers. They just don't have the amount of skill or weirdness to match Keith. With the exception of Kidmiddi and Big Sche Eastwood who hold it down, I just remix/edit guests out of the tracks.

Kool Keith continues to do whatever he feels, with smoothness and an almost disturbing amount of confidence.

ALL these reviewers must be on some POP Rap kick or something.. This is the BEST Kool Keith album since Tashan Dorrsett.. And the Tashan album was TOP NOTCH. This double album/CD has a lot of variation and thats a good thing.. I LOVE Keiths work with Kutmasta Kurt.. But Keith has soo many albums that werent produced by Kurt and MANY of them are also great... Yall need to stop crying "Get back with Kutmasta"
Sure there are a few duds on this double album (as with most albums)... but there are also so many GREAT tracks... lyrically.. Beat wise.. musically.. Some of the tracks are way more complex than anything Kutmasta could do.. (Thanks to DJ JUNKAZ LOU) Who generally has a more complex style than Kutmasta.. this album is pure class! The track Wheelchair Beast couldve PERFECTLY fit on either Dr. Dooom album in terms of lyrics AND musically... So stop crying.. get off the Pop music kick.. Realize that Keith can make GREAT tracks and albums with other DJ/Producers beside JUST Kutmasta. Like I said I love Keiths stuff with Kutmasta ...and I also love the work he's done with DJ JUNKAZ LOU who is a BEAST and brings the bass.. more so that Kurt.. and brings more complex beats than Kurt.. and pure class in every other sense musically.. There are some tracks produced by Keith himself ..even those are good... and even a few other producers .. For the few tracks that are lacking there are PLENTY to make up for it.. I felt compelled to write this review seeing as the other review average is like a 2 or something outta 5 stars!? GET OUTTA HERE... Bottom line...this album is pure class.. and if you are a TRUE fan of Kool Keith.. YOU NEED THIS.. PEACE

Keith is clearly one of the best MC's ever. The production is all over the place. I would say, "Keith stick with Kutmasta Kurt please!"

I love Kool Keith and his creativity, but he lost me on half the songs on this one....

Just a terrible, low quality album with bad lyrics and worse music. There's almost 30 tracks and each one is worse than the last.
It sounds like it was recorded in somebody's basement. The lyrics are dull, and spoken out of sync with the music, which is equally as awful and boring. You'll never get your hour and 43 minutes back, save yourself the agony.
