I hate to say goodbye to characters and a world this cool like Demon Gate. But the ending was really good, so while it hurts that it ended, i'm happy that I was part of this. I'm happy that I read and listened to this. And if you haven't started it yet, then what are you waiting for?!
Brian, Raphael and Andre are everything. Their relationship is LIFE. Their life is everything. This whole demon stuff is so cool, I love the Agotos and all the other demons too, especially Vahiel♥ And King Adriel ;) And that orgy at the end was so yummy, I have no words♥
Loved the storyline, the fight scenes, the love scenes, every one of them was total awesome. But I was a bit worried at Adriel and Katashniel's fight scene because I remembered the last fight scene I read from NB (Evander's from New Haven) and that hasn't ended well.... so I was worried for Adriel.
I loved that the chapters were from different POV, I love the different emotions from them, they love each other so much but it's so good to see that love from every point of view. Both the erotica and the romance were off the chart, it was so perfect.
My love toward Raphael, Brian, Andre and Vahiel is endless. Vahiel was so badass in this end game, he got everything in hand and played his card so well. It was really exciting and entertaining.
As I said, I'm really happy about this series and I will re-read it many, many times, because I can't say goodbye to these characters and this world.
I appreciated the effort on the different types of demons and what they could do. We had real action sequences and many a bad guy fight across the series of volumes. I admit that at no point did I ever feel our main characters were ever truly in danger. But these novels made an attempt to be more than sexual gratification fodder. The world of the demons and the various levels of hell was interesting.
I’ll admit the triumvirate of agoto’s didn’t make much sense to me at first. A tight-knit threesome is one thing, but when one or more of the agoto’s still had another mate on the outside, it was somewhat confusing. But considering fidelity is not really something these books promoted then I suppose it works.
Everything they know is at risk, they're life and what they've fought for could very well go up in ablaze. The lessons learned, the emotional growth of each of them. Adriel saw in them the potential to be powerful, will they be? Will their new skill set be enough alongside Adriels other Lords and knights to win against the powerful darkness that is Adriels' brother?
Sit back and absorb the rawness that is Fate the final part of the story. The fighting, the passion, the dirty durty that is off the charts. Nicholas Bella Bravo and thank you for an great book and a amazing series.
So much turmoil and uncertainty in this last season. As always, the fight scenes are delightfully gory and keep you on the edge of your seat. The sex scenes are smoking HOT! I loved seeing Brian, Andre and Raphael grow their triumvirate and become the powerful knights that they are meant to be. Oria has to be one my my favorite characters ever!
As much as I would want more and more from these guys, it’s about time they get a break!
