I have had it more than 6 months. It has excellent preamp without noise. All the sliders work without making noise, no hum. For the price, it is good value.
It does not come with a user manual. If I want to use a head phone to monitor the control out put, how do i connect. Plugging into phone has no output.
Addendum: 9/3/20, I never tried the head phone until now. It does not work (out of warranty). There is no user manual either printed or even on line kind.

While I don't use much of the digital features (effects, bluetooth) as a traditional analog mixer, this thing is awesome considering it's very affordable. Rivaling the price of 4-channel high-end mixers, you'll be surprised with what this unit can achieve. You're not getting big studio sound, but it's very decent and the resulting sound will suit most homebrew studios.
It's been doing quite a good job of my 8 (soon to be 9) piece + cymbals and hat kit!
