Three friends, Zaire, CeCe and Savannah, take you on their personal journey as they explore this concept of toxic leadership through the frame of the toxic triangle. Their discussion uses this theoretical lens to pull all the parts of this subject into context, allowing the reader to have a better understanding of toxic leadership.
Their journey provides insights for how all impacted parties, both leaders and members, especially of churches, can move forward.
DERAILED: TOXIC LEADERSHIP IN THE PULPIT equips the reader not only with understanding but also with possible action plans, for the leader or follower, to ensure that their church does not get derailed or, if already derailed, can get back on track.

If you didn't know for sure this book definitely gives you a clear idea and helps you to put things in perspective.
There are many manipulative, abusive leaders than use their power and pulpit to hurt members. I really hope many benefit from this reading.

This book is great for anyone as leaders are not only the HR practitioners or pastors but the youth group leaders, the non profit/ charity workers/ teachers etc.

* This book highlighted that in our personal and professional lives we are all impacted by leadership but we must recognize what leadership is and see when it’s not right.
* This Christian based book shows that as we strengthen our faith in Christ and live according to His will, we have to be aware and accept that each and every one of us are human, even our priest/pastors/spiritual leaders/mentors etc.
* These three friends made a decision that impacted their lives but they supported each other as they reflected on their lives of experiencing toxic leadership in the pulpit.
* For those who know of, experienced or want to understand the signs and impacts of toxic leadership while reading this story of Zaire, CeCe and Savannah go read this one; it’s on Amazon.
Thank you Cathy.
