The recipes look simple but yummy. The only reason I took a star off is the book is often vague about the type of stevia to use. There's plain stevia and then there's stevia with the sugar alcohol, she does mention stevia liquid sometimes. So maybe I'm a little ignorant about stevia but I wish she'd been a little more specific about which stevia to use.

I was really hoping this would be a great cookbook for those of us wanting to cook with Stevia. Zoe Moore, however, does not give any instructions whatsoever on what type of Stevia she is using for each recipe. The Stevia measurements are all over the place and without knowing what type of Stevia, whether liquid, powdered, blended, and what brand, to use, the recipes turn out tasting horrible. I recommend Zoe Moore edit this book immediately, if in fact they tested every recipe in the book as she says.
