Julie has created another perfect fictional world full of hot, sexy men, leaving readers dying for more! Great background and character development. Considering all of the characters are new, there are a ton of them, but they were well organized, and I could picture each one clearly. I loved how adventurous this story was, with all the outdoorsy elements, and the harrowing life the main heroine led. One of Julie's main elements in all her books, is the insta-love, and it definitely seemed strong and natural, with plenty of heat to keep it going.

This book will not disappoint, and will leave you with wanting more stories of the other new characters from this book.

Cassidy too has those similar traits added to her feistiness and determination to succeed on her own terms. Both are strong-willed and their push-pull is genuine and real. Ms Capulet’s supporting cast of the Ramsey siblings make readers excited to read their books that will follow. Oh and that mysterious tattoo? Want to know? Best read the book!

When he spots a trespasser on Paradise, everything clicks into place. Yet a happily ever after won’t be found easily for Cassidy, the hard scrabble yet strong heroine and her devil.

Although some elements have a bit of a predictability in the trajectory, Devil’s Angel is a new and incredibly interesting take on a popular trope. The story is angsty, captivating, and exciting. Julie’s world building and attention to detail is top-notch. Likewise, her ability to craft the backbone of the tale around a cultural legend without making it paranormal was brilliant. I was late to the party with Devil’s Angel, but I’ll be clearing my schedule for Wolf’s story in Wild Hearts!
