I was very excited to find a reasonably priced breech for my daughter in the 18-20 size range. Out of the bag they looked great on her, and we were pleased. She wore them to the stable and of course returned home dirty.

I followed the care instructions, washing in cold water and am hanging them to dry. They were washed alone. It's like they are coming apart at the seams and there is a lint that came off the fabric but has settled all over them.

We have a pair of kerrits breeches that were handed down to us that she has worn at least 8 times (and washed that many times)...along with however many uses the rider before her got out of them.

Yes, these were a bargain on their face but I feel like I just flushed the money down the toilet. Clearly we can't return since they have been worn and washed. I'd say opt for a better quality breech even though it means spending more money.
