Dexter Industries GPS Shield for the Arduino slides over the Arduino Duemilanove and provides GPS data to the Arduino. Slide on and go outside! The Dexter Industries GPS Shield is powered by the SUP500F Receiver from Skytraq. The receiver is a 65 channel, 10 Hz Receiver with a smart antenna built in. This all-in-one GPS receiver does not require any antennae. Serial interface is via 3V LVTTL.

Probably I need to check libraries and reserved pins or something like that because putting them together causes EthernetShield fail starting from SD card initialize and etc.
I expected high quality and I received high quality!
The shield came with battery installed and seemed be preloaded with an almanach. It found 8 satellites in 2 seconds here in Europe (Brussels and Berlin) without problems.
Only one small incident should be noted: before using the Dexter examples I had to edit the lib (dGPS.h) and make "checks()" public.
