A lot of the recipes & videos I use are from the US and refer to “kosher salt” which I’ve never found in Ireland. I’ve watched quite a number of videos comparing kosher salts to other salts and the main different seems to be its size, texture. As you can see it’s very different to sea salt & table salt - somewhat of a midway.
