Short and Salty
on December 10, 2012
Here is the thing, salt is mostly sodium, if you want less sodium use less salt. If you have a recipe and it calls for a teaspoon of salt, use LESS than a teaspoon! This branding/packaging is nonsense, go ahead take a look on the back at the ingredients, then compare it to a Kosher salt. You may notice about 20 extra ingredients, have fun identifying them.
If you don't know how to use less salt, then here is a tip, if the spoon isn't completely full then you are using less salt, try less salt first then if you can't figure out how to cook this way, go ahead and buy this chemical sand.
