This song is trademark Alan Walker. It's written wistfully, and with a hauntingly magical EDM underscore. I think Alan Walker made a decision here, about how much he wanted to feature Sophia's plaintive lyrics, as she wishes for what is, impossible, superhuman strength. I'm fascinated by what seem to be allusions to Sade (Diamond Life), and Whitney Houston (Where Do Broken Hearts Go), and -- the strongest and clearest -- Prince (When Dove's Cry). The song presents pain and loss by referencing legends, and it's accompanied by this almost mystical Alan Walker EDM backdrop. In spite of the pain in the lyrics, the music *does* pull this character through, because it's inspirational and resilient, folks. I would recommend this one, as it's got that unmistakable Walker-vibe, and it's beautiful. By now, I've become a big fan.
