I originally bought this to deal with some little critters running around my kitchen. I have multiple chemical sensitivities and autoimmune disease so cannot tolerate any kind of commercial insecticides or poisons.
A friend who moved from Florida apparently had roaches in their things. So I immediately placed this stuff around the baseboards, under my stove and fridge and around the outskirts of my cabinets. Within a couple of weeks I was free of them and haven't seen any since. I got a couple of dogs and a cat and have successfully used this to kill off fleas too.
While reading up on this product I found out it has a ton of health benefits. So I give some to my dogs regularly and add a teaspoon or more to my morning coffee or hot chocolates. When I do this on a regular basis my fingernails grow out nice and strong. I have noticed my hair is thicker and shinier as well as my puppies. And I have noticed it does seem to help with worms. I also use in my homemade toothpaste to help strengthen my teeth. I have used as a face mask too.
I highly recommend this product for a none toxic way of ridding homes of roaches and fleas. I also will say it has done wonders for my hair and nails as well as my dogs coats and nails. I have given some to friends who now swear by it too. If you have children or pets and have issues with roaches or fleas don't use bombs and heavy duty sprays and poisons. Try this. Now it does take a bit of time but after a couple of weeks for me my house was free of them. 2 lbs lasts a good while for me. I do use more during the summer months due to fleas being carried into the house from the dogs. But I no longer have infestations like I used to - this stuff works and my dogs and I are not being slowly poisoned by toxic chemicals.
