* 3 different terrains (The Meadows, The Swamps and The Desolate) * 3 difficulty levels. * Many kinds of enemies with their own weakness and resistances * 28 upgrades to unlock * Fight huge bosses for great rewards
You are a ghost wizard and you can cast spells to protect Princess Arcana from the bad guys. Princess Arcana carries a gun named Chastity. The princess's gun Chastity has six shots and she can help herself as long as she has bullets. When they are gone she is helpless.
You can use summons and spells to help stop the Litch Lord's minions from reaching the princess. Casting a spell uses your mana but you also re-earn mana as you play the game. As you play make sure that you collect the mana drops and coin drops. The mana drops build up and are used when you cast a spell and the coins are used to buy upgrades, spells and abilities later in the game. As you play you can touch the spell book in the upper RH corner to change the spells and adjust the game settings.
The princess looks a little crazy when she whips out her gun!
There are three levels and they are the meadows level 1, the swamps level 2, the desolate level 3. The minions come down the screen and you tap on it to have the ghost wizard shoot them. You have to be in the right lane to hit them so you have to move left to right to position yourself properly. There are different types of minions and some are harder to kill than others and some are very fast moving. You have to tap on the screen quickly to shoot rapidly as the ghost wizard to kill the minions as they start coming very quickly. Touch on the left side of the screen to use one of your spell powers to increase the killing power of the bullets or change the effects of the bullets.
You will meet the shop keeper and you can buy magical items to help you fight the evil enemies. You can access the shop at any time through select stage and level menu screens. It is the big yellow tent icon. You can buy such items as more bullets to a maximum of 6, arcane boost, ice shot, icy efficiency, bombs, mana well, summon power boost, deep freez, economic energies, last rights, ice trap, giga volt, stoke the fire, arcane boot 2, extra lightning 2, longer storm, arcane stamina, twin burst summon, split stamina, and the list is twice this long. If you can keep all of these weapons and spells in your mind you are better than I am!
Some of the weapons are locked when you first go into the store and you also have to earn money playing the game to buy the weapons.
Home page: * Play * Options - reset player data, view tutorial, difficulty, back ground music, special effects sounds back. * Exit * More games- takes you to the developer's store and then to Amazon so turn off your WIFI or get out your credit card for your kids!
What I liked:
The game play is Ok and it is basically a shoot-em up game where the different spells change the powers of the shots you are taking. The game moves well and the different enemies are interesting. The game gets very fast and I hope you can shoot with both hands as you will need those kind of skills
What I don't like:
Going to the shop and trying to buy items the game constantly asked me to either force close the game or to wait. I finally had to force close as the game would not progress. When I reopened the game I continued where I had left off. The list of weapons would not scroll and that caused a force close.
The store buttons are very slow and buggy. They do not respond quickly and you have to tap them multiple times.
I don't like the open link to the developer's game sight and the Amazon store to allow purchases. You always have to remember to turn off the access or you will get purchases you don't want by your children. It is just to easy and to tempting.
Over all I like the game and I enjoyed playing it. What I didn't like was the issues in the store and buying weapons. There just seemed to be several bugs there and I had troubles in the store several times. The store took a lot of time because of the slow operation of the controls. I was playing the game on the Kindle Fire.
I rate the game as a 4 star game and it is fun and it moves quickly in the game play. I found it challenging. and enjoyed it. I hope the developer fixes the issues in the store.

Interesting spin on a defense game. Enemies come from the top, you build defense on the bottom to keep them out. You also have your sorcerer-like character who can shoot the enemies, in addition to building defenses.
The game shares similarities to Plants vs. Zombies with a couple differences. One is the aforementioned sorcerer-like character who can shoot the enemies directly. The other main difference is the fact that the defenses are only up for a limited amount of time before they disappear again. This can be frustrating until you develop a sufficient strategy.
Still, the game is fun and provides a challenge for several hours (don't remember how long it took me to beat it completely, but it was over the course of several days, at least).
Not the most original defense game, but original enough. Except that many of the spells aren't as useful as others, and there's not that much variety, so it's not as deep and involving a game as say Plants vs. Zombies. The cut scenes are pretty funny, though. My biggest complaint is the difficulty. Most of the levels are fairly easy, and for an experienced gamer like me on normal difficulty I could get 5 stars in 1 or 2 tries. But when I reached the second to last level, all of a sudden it got RIDICULOUSLY hard... like unbearable. Now I don't mind a challenge, but when a level is suddenly 5 times longer than the previous one, with an unbearable number of enemies, and there's no more upgrades to purchase to help out, it's just frustrating. In light of the humor of the cut scenes, I'm guessing it's just a bad joke. The game keeps you interested and strings you along until it becomes just about unwinnable. I mean this level just keeps on going, and there's an unannounced boss, and AFTER the boss the level just keeps going! In short, this game is fun enough when free, but I don't think it'd be worth paying for.
I must say this is the best app of the day I've seen in months. I just finished the game (beat it). I loved it. was hooked from the start. the app icon looks like one of those stupid foreign apps but it is not at all. FYI I did not see any bugs as mentioned in previous post. half of the 9 year old kids posting, think they know what a bug is. I however am a software developer and what they claim to be a bug is merely a "request" of what they would like to see. someone knocked off stars because it isn't a 'quick time waster' app?! what a joke people. this app was fun, no in app purchases which I hate with a passion. no ads. and as far as I can tell, no viruses (spyware, adware) which is cleverly disguised these days as "data mining".
Cute plot, engaging game play, and just enough problem solving. I finished it in a few hours (with some voluntary grinding for coins and trying out different spell combos). Replay value isn't high just because it was such a short "story", but it was satisfying to complete. I would be on the lookout for more games by this designer!
I got to level 1-2 and my Kindle Froze solid. I had to reboot to get out of it, but it saved my progress and the second try I was able to get to 1-7 before the princess got kidnapped.
It's a fun game with great graphics and humorous story line. It is glitchy though. When buying power-ups, especially bullets, in the store I have to tap the item 5, 6, sometimes 9 or 10 times. Then when I do get them they very often don't work when I'm in-game. Game play starts up slow and easy but the speed of the minions coming at you ramps up pretty quickly.
Fire users if it froze on you, try it again. Maybe you will get lucky, or maybe the devs will update to fix the bugs.
