Digilux lamps are now improved! Digilux metal halide (MH) lamps are favored by growers because of their wide color spectrum and efficiency. They are engineered for use in digital ballasts and feature enhanced blue, violet, and green spectrum, better color uniformity, longer lamp life, and less lumen depreciation. Digilux lamps can be used in both vertical and horizontal fixtures. Digilux MH lamps offer superior performance compared to traditional MH lamps. Digilux MH lamps deliver 25% more energy in the spectral ranges beneficial for vegetative growth than many lamps of the same type and wattage.
Top customer reviews
I started with another 'digital' bulb maker that likes spinning fixtures. These tubes either arrived dead, or died soon after. I used regular HPS tubes from Hortilux and others, but these seemed to bleach out the plants. I was about to keep using Hortilux and go 50/50 HGPS and MH when I found Digilux tubes.
The digilux tubes aren't without hiccups though. One arrived dead and another got a big bubble on it (going super nova?) However, the boys at CAP are great at service so no biggie. I've used the same tubes for 1 1/2 runs now and working perfectly.
