Sadly I think those codes expire. My bad luck too, as I had planned to wait until all 7/8 movies were out to buy any of them, expecting there would be a boxed set like the books. Maybe when there is they will reset the expiration dates. Otherwise Digital Copy is a rip-off.

Well, the digital copy was SD and only the theatrical version. No great loss. An HD Digital copy of the extended version would have been a lot better obviously.
