Dinner for Everyone: 100 Iconic Dishes Made 3 Ways--Easy, Vegan, or Perfect for Company
Using the book
Each dinner category offers three different recipes: Easy dishes that can be executed on rushed weekdays; Vegan meals for your good health and that of the planet; And ambitious All Out kitchen projects for leisurely weekends or special occasions.
The Easy Recipes
These recipes are exponentially simpler than the touchstones they celebrate. Many take 30-minutes or less to cook. They also minimize cleanup with as few bowls, pans, and utensils as possible.
The Vegan Recipes
We know that eating more fruits and vegetables and less junk and animal products is the way toward optimal health. Though the connection between the vegan recipe and the dish that inspired it might not be immediately obvious, the flavor essence and satisfying elements of the original hide in plain sight.
The All Out Recipes
Dinner can be blissful when you have time, inspiration, and excellent ingredients. While weeknight cooking sometimes seems like a race for survival, All Out cooking is for pleasure, which often means food to share with others. These are the you-got-to-try-at-least-once versions of fantastic, even mind-blowing dishes.

Note: When reading on the Windows Kindle App, the "circles" that identify if the recipe is Easy, Vegan or For Company are VERY large making it very difficult to look through the table of contents... BUT, reading on a Kindle or an iOS App the circles are no larger than the font... so try a different device/app (and there is a recipe Index at the very back of the book)
