You think I am joking - NO, I am not, I cooked up everyone of these recipe and found them to be absolutely scrumptious. The book does deliver everything it promises. In fact, it is now a number 1 book in my recipe priority list. And to top this all off, I am a MAN and you bet, I do love cooking. To feed your hungry crew, I highly recommend that you add this book to your recipe collection. Certainly a 5 star effort by the Author.
The recipes all seem easy enough for a beginner cook to make a great home cooked meal and just right for a more experienced cook to be able to change things/tweek if they want.
I really like the way she explains how to do things without making the reader/cook feel inferior.
I would recommend this cookbook for just about everyone. New/inexperienced cooks will gain confidence in their ability. More experienced cooks will appreciate some easy meals that make them look like they spent hours in the kitchen.
