The problem for me has always been finding detailed and credible information on this subject.
The question of the true cost of not going organic is posed in the books introduction.
The book then lays out a comprehensive and fascinating description of the dangers of our modern
conventional diets and the very valid reasons we should avoid such a diet.
The book is worth having for the '101 tips for going organic on a budget' section alone, there are
some real gems in here on the organic lifestyle along with some great tips, methods and advice.
The 'experts' section is also very helpful and provides useful and actionable tips and advice.
If you are interested in living healthier and protecting our environment, you owe it to yourself to read this
book. Highly recommended!

I had never really had a full organic diet because it just wasn't affordable. But after reading through this book (and making lists! ) I have finally been able to try a mostly organic food diet (I still have a cheat day once a weak! )
