From the materials we use to the grease we apply, everything about our HD Series CV Axles is engineered to withstand the rigors of extreme environments and applications. Our oversized, heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel center shafts increase strength by 30% compared to stock replacement axles. Oversized outer joints enhance strength and long term performance while handling swing angles of up to 50 degrees - allowing for extended suspension travel. Extreme maximum swing angles of up to 45 degrees on our inner joints are achieved through our state of the art engineering and innovative CNC machining. Advanced CV Joint ball groove grinding methods ensure the smoothest, longest lasting surface finish for reduced friction and wear. Rugged and flexible Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) boots offer increased flexibility and superior long term performance, while heavy-duty stainless steel Oetiker clamps ensure consistent clamping force and a leak proof seal, keeping our high performance moly grease where it belongs - on the joint. Set includes both left and right front axles.
