It's okay and a primer for non=dyslexia people/educators who haven't been out of their hole in years. However, it does serve up its messages well. Saw it with my dyslexic son who said that it was "good, but dated."

As a grandmother of a very bright dyslexic child, there was much good helpful information in this movie. There was a major confusing part: a teacher who supposedly can teach EVERY child to read but I didn't see what she was doing that helped the dyslexic children. In fact, I didn't see what she was doing that was different. But, on the whole, I was glad to have seen the movie.

Great movie for kids with dyslexia to watch and see how their disability is actually an ability! Great for parents too!!
