This costume was beautifully made! A bit wrinkled from packaging but used a iron to flatten it out with no issues. Fit as expected! The material is very silky so had to use a Bobby pin at top crease of good to keep it from sliding back or off. Costume was a hit paired with my beautiful Cinderella and our handmade coach! Won several costume contests this year! Overall a great deal for the price!

Know your (real) size before you buy!

Okay so I am 5’6” tall and weigh 120 lbs. (I am thin and small chested!) When you buy a costume like this, it’s helpful to know your “real size.” So, while I literally wear a size 0/25/XS in modern clothing, for the purposes of sewing patterns, I am a medium. (This is because we have vanity sized our modern clothing- I technically am a size 8! Like.... just a tad smaller than Marilyn Monroe’s infamous “size 10” that everyone refers to!) I bought the medium (8-10) in this costume and it was just right! It’s styled to make you look “frumpy” because, frankly, Fairy Godmother was a plump little lady, so the effect was great. I don’t love the super “plastic” feeling of the fabric, and if I had limitless time, I’d have preferred to sew my own costume out of a cotton/cotton blend fabric. But... for a busy mom in a pinch, this did the trick. It’s REALLY expensive... but it’s a Disney labeled costume. Accurate and pretty. I’m satisfied with it.

It was a great price. It looks like the picture. The fit was good. The only complaint is polyester made me very warm, but it was in the description so I knew this may be an issue. I was very happy to find a costume in my size that looked cute and wasn't revealing. I got lots of compliments. I would recommend it and will wear it again in the future.
