The only thing I have to say about this is, it does do the job and works but be very careful with how you bend it because the wire can break after awhile. I had it for a short amount of time before it broke on me due to the wire being bent.

It works perfectly and allows me to use the screen of my TV to view video and photos on my computer -- love it! Of course there are many other things you can do with it and we are learning and find it to be very good value for the money spent.

This cord works perfect for my 2011 Mac. All I have to do is plug it into my Mac and the TV HDMI port and that's it. The TV automatically connects and the volume comes straight out of the TV. I was worried about it being made so cheap since it was inexpensive but it's not! And they even shipped to APO!

I've bought this item twice, just because I lost the first cord. I'll be buying it a third time because I accidentally bought the 6ft version the second time. It's much shorter than I anticipated (it's still 6ft but it doesn't reach my couch and I should have known). This item works, is easy to use, it's sturdy and has never broken on me. A great price and a great apple-alternative.

You would think, "what is there to write about a cord? What could go wrong?" Well, I bought another HDMI cord and it didn't work at all. I thought the TV was the problem, but then realized it was the cord. Anyway, that is not the case with this cord. It works perfectly! Would buy again. I like the length because it can stretch to the coffee table so I can fiddle with the computer while it is connected to the TV.

granted i have only used it twice but i am really impressed with this product. MANY MANY thanks to the folks who mentioned having to make adjustments in system preferences switching from internal speaker to "tv" ..otherwise i would have been one of those disappointed reviewers thinking i had no sound on the tv….after making 2 clicks on my air book i had perfect volume on my HD tv….really good product at a gray price….i am a big amazon fan.

This cable has been a life saver for me. I'm able to hook my laptop up to the TV at work and show videos and clips that enrich the group experience.

High quality hdmi cord for a low price. Connection works well with my smart TV and MacBook Pro laptop. Sound and audio are good. You only need to change the display setting on the laptop to mirror.
