WORST PURCHASE! CAMERAS WITHOUT FILM AND NONE OF THE PHOTOS DEVELOPED FOR MY WEDDING!!!! HORRIBLE!!!
on March 20, 2014
Anyone who is thinking of using these cameras for there wedding should NEVER even think about it again! My wedding was March 1, 2014 and we were so excited to have these cute cameras on the tables and have 270 photos that our friends and family took at the wedding. We did not have a professional photographer so these cameras were, what we thought, a great idea. Boy were we ever wrong!!.
Firstly, we knew something was not right when we tried to crank the cameras. Some of the cameras flash was not working. Of course we tested one camera before the wedding to make sure all was good and saved the rest for later so we found out ON OUR WEDDING DAY that there was something not quite right when people were having trouble getting the cameras to work.
I knew it was going downhill when we took the cameras to be developed and i tore the cardboard off of one of the boxes and the camera looked SOOOO OLD inside and the film was kept inside the camera with cheap black tape. It made me nervous. When we went to pick up the 10 (TEN) cameras a few days later, they said they could not develop one of the cameras because the was NO FILM INSIDE!!! I still have that saved because I want my money back. We had to spend over $100 just to develop this film on top of the price we payed for the cameras and 50% of the rolls came out BLACK. NOTHING!!!! the other 50% had only ONE good photo, and the rest were grainy and/or nothing at all. A lot of them had red lines going across the photo and it was just the saddest thing ever!!!
Now we are contacting all of our friends and family asking them to send us the photos they took with their PHONES in hopes we can have enough photos from the wedding to make an album. I am soo upset and FURIOUS at the people who made these cameras and the ones who sold them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! If I could put -5 stars i would because negative is all these cameras will ever be!
My advise. Spend more money and hire a photographer OR get cameras with memory chips inside to avoid damage to film. Worst thing ever!!!!
