CONS:
User manual can be confusing thanks to many typos/juxtapositions (bl - lb) (g/ml - ml/g).
Milk icon is easy to confuse with water icon (milk weighs 3% more by volume than water). Need to be careful!
Timer is simple and counts up. There's no audio signal, so you need to keep an eye on time.
Weights are inconsistent. Accuracy ≠ 0.01g as claimed. Probably not reliable enough for measuring oregano!

This coffee scale is wireless and requires two (2) AAA which is included in the package. For some reason, when we put the battery cover on the bottom, it’s not flush so it makes the scale wobbly, so we just removed the cover which hasn’t been an issue. Coffee brewing is all about accuracy. This highly accurate device can measure in 0.1 gram increments and has a max load capacity of three (3) kilograms or 105.8 ounces. The scale has a waterproof and silicone insulation mat and anti-slip pad to prevent spillage.
There is an easy-to-read blue LCD display screen with four (4) control buttons: Power, Units, Tare and Timer. To power on, simply press the “Power” icon and hold down to turn off. Pressing the “Units” button, you can choose from four (4) different units of measure: grams (g), millimeters (ml), ounces (oz) or pounds (lb) which is displayed on the bottom right. The “Tare” button automatically calculates the net weight of ingredients. You can access the built-in timer by pressing the “Timer” button to start and pause and resetting the timer by holding down this button. This timer is what sets this apart from other kitchen scales because the timer will help you determine accurate pour times, infusion times as well as blooming times. This scale has an auto-off timer which can save battery life. It will automatically shut off when not in use after two (2) minutes. Other kitchen scales we have shuts off after thirty (30) seconds which gets annoying and also can mess up our pour over timing. This coffee scale with built-in timer eliminates the guesswork and ensures the most perfect brew. This is a great and accurate tool for pour overs and coffee drinkers!

My husband is a coffee connoisseur and his coffee of choice are making pour overs using a Chemex Coffeemaker. When using a Chemex, he needs to measure the liquids and time it in between each pour. He was using a regular kitchen food scale to measure and separately using his smartphone as a stopwatch, so I decided to get this inexpensive digital coffee scale with built-in timer and LCD display.
