Norwegian duo Röyksopp and Swede Robyn team up on the EP "Do It Again", and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

Opening is the near ten minute "Monument", a moody floaty shape-shifting epic with intricate percussion patterns and lovely horn solos. Truly monumental. The largely instrumental "Sayit" sets dizzying synths to stomping beats and sprinklings of Robyn's and robotic vocals.

The catchy title track is a bouncy Pop song with razor-sharp synths and Robyn singing "Don't care what they say, it hurts so good, I don't wanna stop, I know I should, but let's do it again", "Every Little Thing" is an amospheric synth ballad, and closing is "Inside The Idle Hour Club", a haunting melancholic instrumental piece that could have fallen off Röyksopp's "Senior" album.

When I first heard the single Do It Again, I was torn. However, after hearing some amazing remixes out at the bars (they definitely have somewhat of a hit on their hands), I went back to it and it's grown on me big time.

The rest of the tracks go a complete different direction, and they nail them. Definitely more Royksopp than Robyn, but this is a good thing. They bring out the best in her vocals, and she adds a dark emotional level to the mix. Just like with their first collaboration, they compliment each other here as well.

The running time for the ep is equivalent to a full on album, and hopefully their next venture is just that.

Robyn and Röyksopp literally put out the best music each and everytime they release. It's organic, yet urgent and very much in demand. Love every song.

I'm so stoked that Royksopp & Robyn are back at it! Can't wait for more collaborations.
So dancy, and upbeat. Just super swell.

great album, but it left me wanting more. Monument and Do it Again are the standout tracks for me on this one, with the rest being good but not great. It's worth the price of admission for just those two tracks. Would be happy to see Robyn & Royksopp collaborate on a full length album if this is what it would sound like.

Mixing Röyksopp Robyn together was genius. This is an easy buy, Do It Again gets the butts out of the seats and Monument is a great brooding, introspective track. I imagine glaciers and cold winds when I hear it. I often skip Sayit because it drone son a bit but Every Little Thing comes back with a nice slowness. This is a good mini-album and I'm excited to hear more.

I heard the mini album once and thought "Ho Hum..." Then I heard it again, and now I can't stop hearing it again. I love the album, and I can't wait for more. I find myself listing to this album everyday to lift my spirits. Bravo Robyn you've "Done it Again."

This EP is not as pop oriented as a Robyn product and not as adventurous as a Röyksopp product. It features hard, electronic dance beats and repeated riffs to which Robyn adds vocals. Best song is the title song.
