Great looking shoes with a comfortable and lightweight feel. I work in restaurants and am on my feet all day. I bought these because of the slip-resistance and appearance. These shoes have about a 3 month lifespan if worn 2-3 days a week. The “leather” started peeling at the seam on the arch side of the outer on both shoes only after a month of use. Then the tongue started separating on the right shoe a couple weeks later. I glued back in place and hen the rest of the sole started separating around the repair. After entering the third month of use, I now have a split in the heel that has separated the rubber outsole; A tear in the heel. I’m not the smallest person (6’2, 220lb), but that’s a little ridiculous. I opted for Dockers instead of other brands because of the quality I have received from their clothing.
If you are buying these for more than occasional use, don’t. Shoes for Crews are more expensive, but my last pair endured 7 years of abuse. I’m only giving 2 stars because of the initial comfort and the fact that the insole has held up nicely. Sketchers had a nice outsole and outer, but the insole started falling apart after a few months.

DO NOT BUY! These started to fall apart at 2 months and the pictures are at 4 months. These are low quality and have not been made to be worn by somebody who stands for a 12 hour shift and is still involved in operations.

For three months, I used these 3 days a week for about 8 hours a day in a restaurant kitchen. Today, when I took them off, the sole had split and pulled off of the upper. Very disappointed considering the cost and the name brand. You're better off going with Shoes for Crews.

I averaged almost 30,000 steps a day at work according to my fitness device. I've had four types of server shoes so far. These are by far the most professional looking. They are average for antislip shoes in the wet slippery tile floor rating. It took them nine months to fail, the heel came apart. This was with many high paced fast moving and cornering days while carrying loads. I'm impressed with the comfort, antislip and durability of a server shoe that I purchased primarily for looks. I've had three pair now.
