I love them and highly recommend them!
Looking at the picture that's much much shorter than what they are showing.
I ended up returning them.
These shorts run slightly large, or at least the pair I received does. Sold as a size 34, the waist actually measures 36" inside. I hoped they would shrink when washed, but I measured before and after washing and found no difference.
The cargo pockets are kept closed with a large button. I appreciate that there is no velcro used in these shorts and there are no back pocket flaps. When I get pants with any velcro I always cut it off because I have found that it inevitably tears up upholstery.
There is an inner pocket in the right front pocket to allow you to slip in your cell phone and keep it separate from keys. The depth of this inner pocket is not quite as much as I would like, and my keys often seem to find their way into that inner pocket along with the cell phone. All manufacturers use light weight fabric for pocket bags, but Dockers seems to have gone to something even lighter than most.
As some others have mentioned, the inseam is 10" which I consider right for a cargo short. I like the fit, but that obviously is a personal thing.
I live in Hawaii and wear cargo shorts every day year-round. These look good, other than the dozens of snags, but will certainly not last as long as I had hoped.

Quality product, waist fits according to size, but too narrow in hips. Would be fine for more slender builds, but go up one size if not slender to have comfortable fit.Published 4 days ago by BigBuddhaBooks

I was most concerned about the fit, since sizes tend to very a lot depending on the brand, but these fit great! Very true to size. I liked the more polished look of the flat front. Read morePublished 5 days ago by Dusty Marshall
Waist size fits, but feels too snug around the butt for my liking. And I have a small butt. Ha. So if you like your shorts loose, like I prefer, then I would not buy this cut. Read morePublished 5 days ago by day

Like the material and the fit. But the pocket design almost makes these shorts dangerous. The pockets have a crease that hangs on everything you brush up against. Buyer be aware!Published 6 days ago by Edwin Hylton
