to the gym for awhile. It is doable even if
you're fat, stiff and old. (Too much information?)
It will surprise you if you stick with it.

It may not suit younger people as they might find it a bit low key but I would definately recommend it to people who maybe are just starting out with regular exercise. I feel it is already doing me good and aim to do it two or three times a week. The only downside is that some of the exercises call for one of those gym balls and I dont have one, it wouldn't put me off buying this DVD though.
