Firstly, I want to address the product description of these postcards, because therein lies my disappointment with this product.

"Introducing 100 postcards of all Doctor Who's iconic characters, terrifying monsters and incredible places the Doctor has visited, all packed in a stylish keepsake box. Send them to your friends, stick them on your wall, or keep them as a classic collectable!"

Personally, I find the above description to be misleading. "All of Doctor Who's iconic characters/monsters/places" really translates into a vast majority of Matt Smith-era monsters. Some aliens and monsters from Tennant's and Eccleston's run are included but are few and far between. As far as Time Lords characters go, you have one single (large) picture of Tennant (sharing the postcard with Smith), and another very very tiny Tennant on the bottom left corner of card #57. For the human characters/companions, you have an abundance of Amelia, River, and Rory, and three appearances of The Doctor's Wife (also sharing the postcard with Smith, and one with an Ood). No Eccleston or any other companions anywhere. Barely a nod to Rose, but no actual representation of Eccleston, Martha, Donna, Mickey, Wilfred, or any other characters not from Smith's era.

If you feel like reading, I will list all the postcards below. If not you can scroll to my comments at the bottom and skip the following list:

1) The "DW" Doctor Who logo.

My box contained only 98 postcards. The only Doctor represented is Matt Smith. While he is my second favorite Doctor having some postcards of Tennant and Eccleston would have be good too. Also the only companions in the set are Amy and Rory. None of the others. Rather under-whelmed by the selection.

Any Doctor Who fan would love these. They are all of the Eleventh Doctor and his companions Amy and Rory. There are several of River Song and the other various alien companions. There are a lot of the "bad" guys and such. I wish there were more of the Doctor Who logo and the Tardis, but overall I am super pleased.

The quality and make are clear and sturdy. Great for mailing. : )

Bought these to use as give-aways and cards for all my friends, I'm having a hard time deciding which ones I can part with! I agree that there should have been more variety, more TENnant, Eccleston, and even classics, but it's still a cool set.

I love this postcard set - this is the second set that I've owned. I make Doctor Who themed sewing items that I sell online, so I like to give away these postcards as a DW "extra" when I ship items to customers. My customers LOVE the postcards that come with the items they've ordered.

The cardstock is thick and heavy and the pictures are great quality and bright. Like other reviewers have mentioned, all of the cards are primarily Matt Smith and Amy Pond era cards. I would highly recommend these postcards to anyone who likes Matt Smith and Amy Pond.

Great bunch of postcards. The only complaint I have is that there are not many cards showing the 10th doctor. There are plenty showing the episodes and characters from the seasons featuring David Tennant... just only one card or so of HIM. Side note - the card quality is VERY GOOD. If there would have been more of the 10th doctor, than this would have gotten 5 stars.

I do love the Dr. Who, TV series and this is a good postcards box set. The only issue I have with this postcards box set is, they do have all supporting cast members in this box set. Some supporting case members are on one or two postcards. That why, my review is 4 stars.

I bought 2 boxes. The first came damaged because the packaging was just an envelope. The 2nd box was not damaged, but that was just luck as the packaging was the same. That said, my daughter and I loved the cards. She was very pleased. I took the damaged box as I will actually send these out, whereas she is collecting them.
