Does it have a ant in and out to tv hookup in back

No. There is no tuner so there is no antenna cable input or similar output to go into your TV antenna input. Both the VCR and DVD output to the TV are with RCA cables-yellow video, red and white audio. The DVD also has a coaxial output and component video outputs, but no HDMI. At a minimum, for this to work with your TV you must have RCA inputs.

I'm not sure as my son-in-law hooked it up for me but, it does play on the TV. We have Verizon cable I don't know if this qualifies the hookup or not. Sorry

No. It uses RCA component cables - audio (left and right) and video. There is no Ant in and out. I believe you can get a converter (RF modulator) to make it compatible. They aren't expensive.

Yes. You connect the cable to the Combo unit and then to the TV. Happy New Year !!!

No this player only works with a cable type box, no antenna connection. To record the cable box must be set to the correct channel and you can't watch anything else on TV. A S-video cable (about $6 at a department store) is needed to get a good quality picture.
