This book is very fun! I got it because I loved Melissa Miller's "The Cat I.Q. Test." I loved testing my dog and myself then reading the answers (my dog was a canine genius, and I was a sensible owner). This book is fun for anyone and a great way to get to know your dog.

This was mostly a joke gift for my husband, who loves our stupid dog more than anything because the dog worships him. My husband's indulgences contribute to the dog's misbehavior and lack of common sense. The book helped to convince him that they BOTH need training.

As a gift for my teenaged grandson, it provided some non-digital interaction between him and his dog. He learned something and had fun doing it. I wished there were more teaching tips for behaviors, though. Overall, it accomplished what I'd hoped.

I used this book to test my dogs IQ. My neighbor always claimed that her dogs were smarter but when they all were put to the test my dogs came out on top.

I am the President of Angel Pups, an organization that trains kids (middle school and up) to work with their dogs and then takes them to visit nursing homes. For fun, last week we all did this IQ test together! We all laughed SO hard, some kids had tears streaming down their faces!! It is a blast to see how smart your dog is and what you can do to help them improve their intellectual capacity. This week we're doing the Owner IQ test!! I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys working with dogs!!

Interesting, insightful, book that has questions designed to determine how observant, intuitive, intelligent your dog is as well as their social behavior. It also looks at the historical relationship between dogs and man. And, you can gain insight into your strenghts as a dog owner. I enjoyed it.
