My pom is very long haired - and I was searching for a small rolled collar that was soft, as she's never had to wear one before. This collar fits the bill perfectly.
Her neck measured right at 13 inches (including a little fur poof-age), so I opted for the 10-13" collar, hoping it would fit. It fits like it was made for her! **ACTUAL COLLAR MEASUREMENTS: 14.25" in length exactly. HOLES ARE AT: 10.25, 11.00, 11.75, 12.50, and 13.25".
The Pink that we got our collar in is a berry-like fuschia. I actually like it very much. It's a little darker than the picture depicts, though. There is double stitching reinforcements at the buckle, tag ring, and beggining of the holes. For those worried about bleeding (I wouldn't know, since my pom is black), I don't think it will be too much of a problem. The leather is smooth grain all across. The only raw leather exposed is one long edge of the collar where the stitching is.
If I find anything about this collar that I hate, I'll update my review as needed. If there is no update, assume we are still quite pleased with it.

But rolled leather is strong and makes a much thinner restraint so Fido really feels it when he lunges or runs ahead. It's padded, of course -- I'm not trying to hurt the dog!!! I just want him to be mindful that he's on a tether and it's beneficial for him to keep an eye on me.
So: big fan of rolled leather collars, here! The colors on these are brilliant, I really love the neon lime green against my dog's white fur, very cheerful!
One issue for me, though, has been sizing. Or, rather, stretching. The first collar I purchased was just a teeny bit loose on the smallest setting, but since my dog is a puppy I figured she'd quickly grow into it. Instead, within a week the leather had stretched so much she could easily squirm out of it so I purchased a second collar, one size down.
That collar fit perfectly right in the middle of the holes, so I figured we'd be good to go. But no! A week later, and the collar has stretched so that now on the tightest setting, there's still some wiggle room.
So I'm buying a THIRD, now. Hopefully this'll be the charm.
NOTE: my dog is a 6 month old mixed breed puppy, not great at leash walking yet but it's not like I let her pull me for miles or anything. I've had rolled leather collars for my other dogs for years, and never ran into this stretching issue.
Perhaps with the novelty colors, some strength/quality is sacrificed? Maybe these collars are more for older/more sedate dogs, or smaller ones...?
Still, I really like the look. And the price isn't bad, for soft padded leather like this.
