The vibrate to warn the dog before a shock is an interesting idea...but it took tons of fake barking to even get that to happen.
The band itself is VERY rigid too...ultimately making it difficult to put on, and less comfortable for the dog.
Have had much better luck with the Tri-Tronics Bark Limiter G3.
is not okay to bark at other dogs just for the heck of it. These collars are waterproof, which is critical, because the dogs swim everyday.
I tried three other brands of anti-bark collars with rechargeable batteries and with replaceable batteries. None worked as well as these for my Labs.
Keep some spare batteries on hand.
Made for small dogs but the YS300 fits better.
I have 2 miniature teckels and one with the YS300 and the other with the IQ.
I bought this as my dogs like to jump in the pool and the Citronalla spray one is not water compatible.
The IQ is waterproof and the YS300 as well.
Same size as the YS300 but the YS300 fits better and is rechargeable.
Go for the YS300.

The stimulant did not stop my dog from barking. Do not know if it was just not working, or perhaps my dog just liked the feeling of this...Published 8 months ago by david burrus
Batteries died in less then a month. It was only being worn 4-5 hours three days a week and was shut off if not on the dog.Published 16 months ago by amber
if your dog is larger than thirty pounds I would not recommend. They'll bark through it and the batteries will die within a month.Published 21 months ago by Andrew T. Kraabel
Collar has to be extremely tight or you have to shave the dogs neck down to bare skin for collar to work properly. Both methods unacceptable.Published on March 8, 2014 by wayne k jeffers
