Bybee (the Weekday Brides series) launches a trilogy themed on yearbook superlatives (“Most Likely to...”) of three friends, and how they’ve fared ten years after graduation. Melanie Bartlett, labeled most likely to succeed by her graduating class in River Bend, Ore., is back for her tenth class reunion, with her daughter, Hope, in tow. Though she is somewhat embarrassed that she dropped out of college and is a divorced single mother, Melanie wouldn’t trade her life with Hope for anything. Melanie has decided to move back to River Bend and is relieved that Miss Gina, the proprietress of a local bed and breakfast, has a job for her. When Melanie meets Miss Gina’s contractor, Wyatt Gibson, she is surprised that the handsome younger man would flirt with her. Unexpected trouble crops up in Mel’s life, but Wyatt and the townspeople pitch in to help her out. The romance between fiercely independent Melanie and charming Wyatt heats up even as outsiders threaten to derail their newfound happiness. This novel will hook readers with its warm, inviting characters and the promise for similar future installments.
“This brand-new trilogy, Most Likely To, based on yearbook superlatives, kicks off with a novel that will encourage you to root for the incredibly likable Melanie. Her friends are hilarious and readers will swoon over Wyatt, who is charming and strong. Even Melanie’s daughter, Hope, is a hoot! This romance is jam-packed with animated characters, and Bybee displays her creative writing talent wonderfully.” —RT Book Reviews, 4 stars
“With a dialogue full of energy and depth, and a twisting storyline that captured my attention, I would say that Doing It Over was a great way to start off a new series. (And look at that gorgeous book cover!) I can’t wait to visit River Bend again and see who else gets to find their HEA.” —Harlequin Junkie, 4.5 Stars

As her car sputters to a stop when she's ten minutes away, a handsome stranger offers his help. To make matters worse, it's pouring. After she denies his help, he calls the local sheriff, who only happens to be her best friend Jo.
Wyatt is not one to let a woman in distress stranded on an isolated road. So he does the next best thing, call in the sheriff so she can offer assistance.
As Melanie and Hope start to get their footing in River Bend, her ex and Hope's father, show up unexpectedly trying to make a claim to a daughter he never wanted.
This wonderful story is definitely about second chances, but it also has some mystery to it, and a lot of loving.
I received this as an ARC for an honest review
This is the story of Melanie. When she graduated from high school her and her friends promise to all come back for their high school reunion. They all have big pans. Melanie meets a guy and has the most amazing daughter, Hope. After a few years they guy leaves them, but she keeps the beautiful princes.
Wyatt is new to town, but is instantly attracted to Melanie. He wants to get to known her better. Nathan follows Melanie to town, and wants his daughter. But Mel knows something else is going on.
Such a great book. Can't wait for Jo's and Zoe's book. Loved the characters and setting. Love small town stories.
Things start looking up for her when she reunites with old friends and makes a new one. However, the sperm donor for her daughter, Hope, turns up and makes life miserable for awhile.
This is the first book in a series. The characters are just quirky enough. The plot has lots of twists. I thought it was an enjoyable read.
Anyone looking for a nice spring time read will enjoy this book.
