I really listened to the words of the songs Dolly wrote and cried upon hearing them in the context of this movie. The story is both fun and deep, both of which represent Dolly Parton. I believe she likes to play the character of an Angel because she is one.
The actors did a great job, and I loved the plot, the singing, the dancing, and the closeness of the town's people. Uplifting and good for the whole family.
