Set far in the future when nuclear war cause the human race to fled under the seas living in dome like base which has two groups of people the citizens and government but within this dome their is a battle going on for power.
First we have an AI that can't choice what it wants to look like or how to run the dome. Then we got mixed American, Japanese and Soviet people all wanting to reshape the dome to their ways and last the main character who just wants to have sex with his wife.
The writing isn't bad it's the way the story is being told it goes from one person to the other and it's hard to stay on track with any the characters and all the other stuff going on it gets boring.
