Be aware that it is an absorption refrigerator and runs on propane. It also needs 12 volt power to run the electronics and the direct spark ignition. Because of this, it doesn't get things cool anywhere as fast as a compressor fridge... but it works well when power is hard to come by.
I would recommend a small "fridge fan" for the refrigerator section. This will help performance quite a bit.
As for the freezer, the coldest place there is the bottom left corner, so consider that the place to put the coldest stuff first, especially when starting the fridge after it has been off for a while.
