I was having a hard time understanding why I would feel so crappy most days and then have a few good days where I felt normal. That alone told me it was possible to feel good again, I just didn't know what diet to follow to make it happen on a daily basis.
The intelligent and straightforward information in this book confirmed that my body will do whatever it takes to get what it needs, despite my bad choices, and the days I felt good meant that I accidentally did more of the right things.
Now to be able to know and do the things that help MY body, and do them on purpose, and FEEL GOOD EVERY DAY are worth more than the money I've spent obtaining the tools recommended in the book.
It is wonderful to know I have the energy to actually do a little Happy Dance without collapsing in the floor! Finally!!!
It has been 13 weeks now since I started taking the supplements and following the suggestions outlined in this book.
I have noticed more improvement than I ever thought possible in that amount of time.
I had been taking Claritin every morning and Zyrtec every night and Benadryl as needed for allergy symptoms ranging from pet dander to the food I might eat. I have taken NO allergy meds in 12 weeks. NONE.
I felt draggy all of the time and wasn't sleeping well. Now, I wake up refreshed and ready to get out of bed in the mornings. I couldn't function without my morning cup of coffee and now I only drink coffee a couple of times a week, when I want to ~ not because I feel like I have to.
But best of all, my cravings are gone! No more trying to figure out what would satisfy that elusive "I want/need something" When I eat a meal I actually can feel my body telling me "stop eating, you have had enough." I don't think I have EVER experienced that sensation before.
I really can't say enough good things about the information in this book. You really owe it to yourself to try "this one more thing" This is the REAL DEAL!!!!
