I wanna share my short story about my Ukulele;
What I really like the most was the "Mahogany" one but it was like $37 (Tax not included)
So I made the decision to choose the "Natural" one instead, because the natural was like $33 (I saved $4) Lol
So the day has come! I received my packaged and when I opened it, I was like "😲" I received the "Mahogany"!! Instead of the "Natural"
And I'm so happy about it!! Thank you!
But, I wonder why it's expensive now🤔
It also comes with some standard nylon strings, a cleaning cloth, and a sack. This is not a gig bag but an actual tie-string sack. I’d rather pay a few bucks more for one with a gig bag, but that’s just me, and they probably knew this was beginner for most people. I’m betting with some fluorocarbon strings it might sound even better, but it still has a pretty good sound. It sounds and plays well, the frets were not sharp/sticking out, it’s smooth, and it has decent tuning machines. I’m hoping it’s durable since it’s a gift for a kid, but overall, I’d recommend it.
I say that because I previously wrote a very well-thought out and detailed review of this sweet little soprano uke by Donner, and a Bot deemed it not worthy of posting. After speaking with a human, the review was deemed as nothing inappropriate and sent on with a form to be re-processed...but then because I included several helpful pictures, and one of them happened to show how it arrived (which was totally wonderful and fine, no complaints), the review was still marked as not worthy of posting...and they don't send you a copy back so that you can edit or adjust.
So---not spending all of that time on it again. But HAPPY to share with you anything you want to know! I really love this uke! Comment below if you like!
