Able to identify myself with the different types of leaders
and to recognized and identify the leadership skills of my
co-workers. It gives a well define perception of our skills!
Would give 4.5 stars!
The ideas around leadership were fine (and similar to those in other books), however the writing style was basic and colloquial. While colloquialisms might be quaint at times, some of this language just seemed out of place in this book. I only made it to section 3 of the book after encountering meandering anecdotes (which start almost every section), many mixed metaphors and two instances of 'webster's dictionary defines xxxx as......'. No doubt I would have encountered more along the line. But I just couldn't read the book any further, which is a shame because it actually has some good ideas and leadership lessons to teach, but needed to be a bit more succinct.
