Dr. Maxwell is a super, straight talking, well knowledgeable leader, who is clearly a very experienced, as well as successful subject matter expert.
He is the real thing in the business world and is the perfect example of a serving leader, not self serving. A good Christian and church leader and he always uses as much opportunity to not only inspire a follower or leader, but provides insight in faith, personal experiences and moral and ethical values.
His works are spot on, inspirational and I enjoy all of his books, as well as the information he provides and the messages and support that's clearly identified in each chapter of every book he writes.
As a fan of his, I have nearly all of his textbooks electronically and am purchasing them slowly but surely in a hard copy, so I have access to a hard copy for reference in my own personal leadership library.
I personally enjoy his works and information and encourage any leader, especially a new person in the field of management to take the time, invest in your future and take advantage of his knowledge and experience and do something for your personal professional growth and leadership potentials. If you do, I would say it's the step to putting you on the right track to changing your future from being a manager to becoming an exceptional leader.
