Rhubarb-Apple Crips is yummy (I am gluten free, so made substitute on flour and GF Oats), Nutty Couscous with mint and tomatoes is on hand in fridge on a regular basis.
The pictures make the food look like you would want to eat them (and they taste great), simple ingredients, not super expensive.
