I really enjoyed the section where the author outlines a day without worry. It was refreshing to catch a glimpse into an entire day where worry is not present. Even more useful are the tips on controlling and even eliminating worry from your life so you can begin to regain your positive outlook and enjoy your life.
I felt so light and relieved somewhow.
I so much loved the natural tone of enthusiasm glowing from it.
I really enjoyed the visualization exercise to identify what the other side can be when you actually decide what you want for yourself.
I have been on my journey to personal growth for a few years now and I truly recommend this short condense summary of what it takes to get happier.
It’s like a mini refocusing reminder that you should regularly read.
Because we always tend to forget how easy it can be to just be happy and because this little book brings back all the mental tools in your head .
It got me to start writing again my 5-minute journal and I am so thankful for this.
The reason Tiffany Gonzalez's stuff is so good? She lays out concepts in a simple, easy to digest manner that makes taking action a snap.
