"I have had problems with bicycle seats in the past. This book would have been very useful to have many thousands of miles ago... Fortunately, I've read it now, and I'm exploring new bike seats recommended by Bekman in his short and very informative guide."

"A terrific book for those wanting to know the scientific reasons as to why to not ride a bike with a skinny saddle. [...] Stas expertly makes the case that your reproductive trait is not a pendulum to bear all your weight upon as you straddle that torture device pejoratively known as a saddle."

"Very easy to read, [...] full of good information. As a commuter cyclist I had never really thought about how my bike seat might be affecting me. It's uncomfortable at times but I'd never thought much past that. Thank you for all the helpful tips and pointers."
